Review submission and publication standards
NWI GAL Reviews is an independent website presenting personal experiences and links to official Indiana resources. It is not a government agency or source of legal advice.
What can be submitted?
We welcome text-only reviews from people describing their own firsthand interactions with an Indiana Guardian ad Litem or GAL office. You may name the GAL or business being reviewed. Do not include names or identifying information about children, former partners, other parents, witnesses, school personnel or other private people.
Do not submit confidential information
Do not upload or paste legal documents or confidential court materials. Do not submit case numbers, sealed or protected information, addresses, personal contact details about others, dates of birth, school details about minors, health or counseling records, or details barred from disclosure by a court order. The form does not accept attachments.
How submissions are handled
New reviews are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a private Vercel Blob moderation store, not posted immediately. A submission may be declined or edited for clarity, relevance, and privacy. There is no guarantee or timetable of publication. Contact details, if supplied, are intended only for private clarification, not public display.
Our editorial approach
We distinguish documented events, personal recollections, allegations, and opinions. We do not publish fabricated reviews, claims presented as adjudicated findings without support, or identifying information about children. Descriptions should focus on conduct personally experienced and avoid speculating about motives.
Official complaints
Submitting a review here does not initiate a formal complaint, preserve legal deadlines, or communicate with any court. If you seek official oversight, consult the Indiana GAL complaint process and your attorney.
